0PCWorld ran a helpful article on this topic. Using Wine, open source compatibility layer, is the only option that doesn't involve running Windows itself. Wine does not work with every single Windows application, so you will need to check and see if it supports the software you need to run. The other option is to run Windows in a virtual machine. The article also discusses dual booting but that suggestion is focused on desktop machines and unlikely to be practical in a server environment.
